Was simple and easy to use. I would like it clarified that a 2pm appointment is actually an appointment betw 2pm and 3pm as I was informed my staff when I arrived promptly for my 2pm appointment!!!!!

Booked for mobile fitting, and then received a call 3 days later that this was not available in my area. Now have to go to a branch early morning while working night shifts. *they where made aware of this before rebooking. Not the best experience tbh ?

I was extremely impressed with National Tyres. Service was good and the job in hand was completed quickly and professionally. Great value for money.

Great service had the tyres fitted at my house the chap doing the work was friendly and very efficient. I will definitely use this service again

Bit suspicious as i drive my car very rarely and look after it but everytime i go for a small checkup there seems to be 101 things from ( again) . My cousin checked and there is a hole in my exhaust which was not picked up on at all. I think they see q woman coming and see how much they can get. Only reason I went was because it was close and they let you pay off monthly.

Don't think I will return. The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly, plenty of other Tyre replacement businesses in the area who i am sure would be happy to take my money!

Easy to use site and good prices - just a shame I have to wait for an extra day to get them!

Having booked the mobile fitting service, I took a day off work (costing me £130). The mobile fitter timeslot was between 8.30-13.00 so waited patiently until 12.30 when I got an email to say it wasn't happening. No explanation, no apology nothing. Phoned up to complain and could hear the shrug of the shoulders at the end of the phone. Lodged a complaint. Another shrug. At the end, it was actually funny about how many f***s weren't given... Brilliant. Now National couldn't care less about my £450 order, or my day off work, and its evident. Oh, last thing, my refund will take 5 days, so they take your money quickly but not so quick to give it back. this mean I cannot get them fitted now until the refund lands. Brilliant

Had 4new tyres fitted and the rear passenger wheel was left at a camber was told to take it to the Sheldon branch so they could have a look at it got there told to come back in an hour went back more excuses was told the bushes had gone by just looking at it so I have had a second opinion and there is nothing wrong so phoned the office the customer service and the service is shocking never again going to professionals next time

I've only given national tyres 3 stars because of the faff of having to go online to buy your tyre at a reasonable price. I don't mind paying a reasonable additional cost at a centre £2/£3, I mean how long does it take someone to process? But the disparity in pricing is ... shameful.That aside I'd give my local centre (Falkirk) 5 stars. They are always excellent (honest and knowledgeable) and the only reason I persist with NT.
